Hello amazing love story. Middle school sweethearts, broke up, met again later in life, engaged, married on a beautiful Saturday at the Wakefield Plantation. Now snuggled happily into married life after a gorgeous wedding day and honeymoon to San Francisco (love the photos you took there, Siobhan). Chris and Siobhan’s wedding day was filled to the brim with laughter, tears, and crazy awesome dance moves. I will always hold a special place in my heart for Siobhan and Chris. It was at their wedding that I got to be a part of some absolutely hysterical bridesmaid poses, one of the best groomsmen stories I’ve ever heard, where I rode standing up and holding on for dear life on the back of a golf cart, and witnessed some of the best dance moves I’ve seen at a wedding. Siobhan had a surprise for everyone at the wedding – a second dress for her reception! Chris was thoroughly surprised to see his new wife walking towards him after putting it on!

I honestly don’t know where to begin with this couple. You have seen them here on my blog before when I did an anniversary session for them last year. Anisha and Paul are the kind of couple that just warm your soul to see them together. When I am with them, I know that I am in the presence of true, deep, amazing love. I am honestly overwhelmed by their joy and love for one another. Each image that I go through just radiates it.
Anisha and Paul are celebrating their fourth wedding anniversary this year. They got a new, furry member of their family that of course had to be in the photos. Jade, their little one, is so much fun and SO in love with her momma and daddy. We started their anniversary session at a dog park so little Jade could get some of that energy out. It was so fun watching her run around and play with the dogs and then check in with her parents. We then cuddled up on their back porch and even got some shots on their motorcycle. Finally we ended this sweet session with some Anisha + Paul time at Lake Lynn. Anisha and Paul, thank you so much for having me be a part of your anniversary! I ADORED photographing your family and spending time with you all! Happy 4th anniversary!!!!

Heather and Ryan are freaking fantastic! I immediately adored these two – especially when they pulled out their Star Wars shirts (that’s right – see below for the awesomeness). They have no problem being their fun, badass selves. And they are so in love with one another which creates the perfect combination. We spent an awesome afternoon at Pullen Park getting attacked by sky worms, riding the carousel, and playing on the playground. I can’t wait for their wedding next year and to share their super top secret photos (coming to the blog soon)!
